I do kettlebells and some dumb bell work. Too beat up for heavy weightlifting. I work out with martial arts what I remember from John and my Wing Chum once a week and then combatives once a week. Lot less than I used to do but all I can handle now.

Hello Mike. I did TKD and Karate for several years. I got to blue belt in one TKD Association and green in another. Plus motorcycle wrecks and bad genes beat me up. I switched to Wing Chun in 1997. Can't do their kicks now either. John knew how to work with my ailments. It works well with my Wing Chun. There are many similarities. But now I'm back on 2nd shift so training is what I remember when I work out at home. And what I see on the FMA.

You're a perpetual "grass is greener" guy. I think partially because of all the years you spent with ATA. It makes you a great student and teacher, but not a very good "disciple." =)

Hello Mike. I know about the old cripple thing. I have no padding behind the knees and an artificial hip. I did some TKD but my background is in Wing Chun. I've trained with John on and off for several years but now I'm back on evening shift. Traininjg is screwed up now.
