JUST FINISH WORKING OUT 1-10 BATTLE DANCE OF LARONG MORO-MORO

APRIL 25, 2009

Working in Larong Moro-Moro is just a lot of Fun. Libby and I started with slow and then go faster and faster, till he cant hold his stick anymore,. I was enjoying the moment, wow its have abeen a while since the last time I work on Moro-moro. O forgot that I cover them with Kapatid Nate Group in Chicago and Seminar in Gat-Guro Tim "Tamaraw" Rivera in St. Louis MO.

The thing that get me all the time is when we do it slow, I mess it up, because my Father train me with full speed all the time, so when I start slowing down and my brain start to think about it, the start forgetting thing up, either I miss a strike or add a strike or two. Well, so I do it one way and one way only fast fast super fast.

I can go on with it for hour without getting tired, I have to stop when my partner is already getting his arm cramp, and give him a chance to breath and relax his muscle. You see the purpose of this drill, is to continues hitting him with perfectly guided direction of strike, without getting tire for hours. If you cant go on for this long, then your training is not enough, you need to run, jog, sit-up jump rope, shadow stick fight for longer period of time to train your heart and your muscle to work accordingly to the situation. Being pressure often times our body freeze, and if it happen, our opponent or assailant can do much harm before we even know it, ultimately we're dead..

It's not only training for 5-10 minutes per round, we intend to train between hour and hours of non stop hitting, and if you only hit for certain target you will find yourself get tired faster, so "Larong Moro-Moro" cover that gap, that will allow you to train hour of hour without thinking anymore once you master the Battle Dance Routine.

Larong Moro-moro is battled tested, with single opponent, double opponent up to 10 people at the same time, based on the amount opponent you can handle, the old master give you the rank base on how many opponent you can handle. If you can handle one opponent, you we're be awarded with Datu-Isa or Raja-Saro meaning you are capable of defeating one opponent, up to Datu Sampu or Raja Sampulo or up to ten opponent in one combatant and more. This is their ranking for battle application.

This is the official ranking in Larong Moro-Moro, Remember, in Larong Moro-moro there always two sides, the Muslim and the Christian, if you are the Christian, then your ranking is based on first level "Suldado-Soldier, second level Prinsipe-Prince, 3rd level, Heneral-Knight, then the fourth level is Hari-King and 5th level and highest called the Master of Larong Moro-moro is the Payaso-Jester (Clown/Director) the Master of the show..

Muslim ranking, Mandirigma-Fighter, then follow with Malakas/Maganda-Muslim Frince/Pricess, Panglima-Muslim Genrals, and the Datu/Raja/Gat-Muslim King and Finally the Master of Larong Moro-moro is the Pusong-Muslim Jester (Director).

NOW WE OFFER LARONG MORO-MORO INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION (seminar, and group and private classes) E-MAIL US: Gatpuno@aol.com or call 954-543-4433 or 305-788-4403
