GSBA USA Regional Tournament / ITAK Clothing

ITAK Clothing attended this years GSBA USA Regional Tournament, and helped sponsor this great event. A lot of great aspiring fighters represented their respected schools, to qualify for the Nationals and on to the Championship. Schools from around California participated in this event, including the schools from the North Bay. ITAK CLOTHING | Drills and Demo

So, I was going over some video files and decided to put something together. Hope you guys like it. It's a mixture of drills, 12 basic strikes, lock and block, and sinawali. Lock and Block Drill-- How do you do it?

It was another sunny day over the weekend, and I was lucky that I got off work early. Called over some friends and had them come over to record some videos. We usually do this just to go over some lessons, drills, that we previously learned.

Ever since ITAK Clothing opened back on April 2nd, 2015, the FMA community has been very helpful and supportive. Our friends in the social media has been increasing.
