Hey Joe ! thanks for the welcoming. I just moved back to Riverside few weeks ago w/ my fam. I just started Escrima with a friend of mine back where I used to live, he taught me some moves. Im still sorta new. I was just looking for schools in the area so I joined the site. I saw your guys' website, but it was in Perris, its a little too far for me, I dont drive yet =/ I'm still in HS, although I should ! dahil its my senior year. lol  But hope to join you guys soon !  thanks !

We make our padded sticks.
we use 3/4-1 inch rattan put a pool tube around secure it to the stick with duct tape. we make our own stick covers made from a non-rip material slip over and secure that to the stick.
it make s apretty heavy training tool. You can block with it and execute many bolo tyle movements.
if your ever hit with one u will difinatly be stunned. i have seen knock outs with them.
