1. Now lets use the soft or blade edge block/parry-swing block and repeating what we did in week one to deliver counter strikes.
2. Because the re-angling is tied to foot work, practice your diagonal stances-deep and rear diagonal as you perform your counter strikes on your partner.
3.Instead of just checking the hand now move to check & pass.
4. Have your partner use their live hand to practice checking your counter strike as it comes in.
5. They can practice the four place on the arm to check & jam your counter strikes.
We are now building on the 14 uses of the live hand.
