It's in its final mastering of sound and editing. If you have a facebook acct, there are continual updates. As of now, Jay (docu director) will determine the premiere screening in Manila, hopefully at the end of this month or early Feb.

@ Jacinto R. Rocales,
Wedo come from Wedosca Mai Arnis and you're right, my Guro is GM Franck Sobrino who was the closest student of GM Jesus Pallorina and now it's him who take care the wedosca system of GM Pallorina, he was also a student of GM José Mena in Doblete Rapilon where he got the highest degree in this style too, I know he studied also the Yaming Combat with GM jowen Huan Buenavesta because he shown me some archive personal video from GM jowen Huan Buenavesta. He's a great arnisador and a great teacher I was already a big lover of FMA but GM Sobrino gave me more than just technic, he gave me the love of filipino culture and I'm just baguhan rank so the way will be long for me in FMA, i just hurry up to go back to Philippines for continue my training.
To answer to Sonny Sison all these system are Traditionals , and for me the traditional style is more turn to fighting, seIf defense or survival in conflict I started by practiced a modern style (american style from Inosanto system who is good also I respect a lot Guro Inosanto but his system didn't give to me all I was looking for in FMA) for four years before start to study Wedosca with GM Franck Sobrino. In the modern style more turn around stick fighting, i study also knife of course but the form or figures was for stick fighting, a lot of sinawali, when I started the wedo I noticed that all the figures that I studied came from Bladed weapon and keep in mind how to be effective in conflict and more deadly than modern style whose more oriented in Competition or demonstration now, Wedo style for exemple including Internal training that was what make me curious because I was looking for internal martial arts because all MA that I practiced was only external martial arts and the internal and external must work together to have a complete practicing. I never heard about modern styles including internal form of training.
Guro Franck Sobrino is a big source of Information about FMA because he's a lover of FMA just talk with him is already a lesson for me because it is very rich conversation, if you have the opportunity to talk with him go ahead he's really nice and kind person.
Thank you for the information about the documentary I've a online martial arts shop if you interested when the DVD will be released to distributed in Europe let me know.

Comment by Sonny Sison on September 2, 2011 at 12:46am Wedo...what traditional styles are you talking about and how do they differ from modern styles?
As for the styles/teachers that were interviewed for the docu...over 22 styles were filmed, including traditional and modern. As for a dvd release, it will first be screened in select cities, shown as VOD on the website (coming soon), then released as a dvd to prevent piracy as much a we can, which we figure will be in about 6 months or so.
