I like this very much, These methods are very similar to the methods i learned and practice the grip transitions are a little different , this stuff is Very good very practical for those of us who live stateside this is a great alternative to a knife or baton . Good stuff thank you for posting,

some of our really basic demo stuff can be found here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ix-71wHJNA poke around a bit there is a few , not the most dynamic demo but you can see the general gist , (my demo partner was in a car accident a few days before so we had to take it easy ) thanks again Josh
