Saltikan Sparring
Video of me in a friendly sparring match at one of GM Pallen's Saltikan workshops.
Live stick, helmet, gloves and no body armor.All targets are open but I was concentrating on block and counter countering on head shots!

we had another workshop last saturday the video will be out soon it was alittle more intense and a lot of leg shots. ps i was really hung over that morning!!!

I couldn't make out what he said about holding the stick.
Looked like a nice relaxed friendly feeling out. I know you were mainly looking for head shots, but his long steps forward exposed the right knee/thigh many times. Kill that leg man! :)
