I'm proof that an old dog can learn new tricks. 50+ years old and a newbie to Arnis and Combat Kuntao.
Only been doing both for about 2 months now and getting more confident everyday. Definitely found my niche. Sometimes impatient to learn more and more from my instructor (Sensei Bryan Ratliff) and the teachings of Master Samuel Scott and Ama Guro Raffy. Excited about hopefully meeting both of them in the coming months to thank them for helping me feeling more confident about being able to defend my family in the neighborhood that I live in.

I just received your welcome post, thank you for that. I teach martial arts in Jacksonville, Florida. I have black belt rankings in Karate, Jujitsu and Modern Arnis. I was introduced to Modern Arnis through Professor Remy Presas, and received my rank in Modern Arnis through John Quest of Titusville, Florida. I enjoy training FMA and am glad to part of this online community.
