Wow. Just wow. The interview started out with some great background on the early-early days of Bruce Lee teaching and being introduced to the world. About nine minutes into the interview, my mind was swimming in information. I found myself continuing to tell myself, “focus, focus”, because every sentence Patrick Strong was saying contained so much information it was overwhelming.

Luckily I reminded myself that the interview was being recorded, and I would be listening to it several more times before sharing it with you. Fast forward after two more times of listening to the interview and I was saying the same thing… “focus, focus”. Once again, each sentence had a thought which I could write a separate article on.

As the interview progressed, I was not only impressed with the stories, but impressed with Patrick’s memory. To say Patrick has intellectual skill might be an understatement, but what he was sharing started to go from philosophical and abstract thought – to functional uses of what he learned. Take your notebooks out during this interview, you’ll need it.
