We have group that has been meeting for a lunch time workout for three and half years at my work. I just had one of my students reach his 3 year anniversary. It was great workout with a combat flow utilizing all three ranges for stick fighting, them dissarming each other and working with knives, then going to empty hands with a takedown and choke. We then practiced empty hands, utilizing limb desruction methods, elbows or knee strikes and hooking/sweeping. We finished with some knife sparring with kick and punch- helmet and gloves required. make for great lunch break.
