Many in Germany and Europe & Turkey of the Legacy and Art of Serrada Eskrima and GGM Angel Cabales. GM D was always at forefront being sure that his students knew as much history about GGM Cabales as was their knowledge of his art. We salute you for the recognition due the Father of American escrima.

Thank you Ron for writing & sharing your thoughts with all of us who had their lives touched by Angel Cabales. Many years have passed and it is a time for us all to remember Angel Cabales opening the door of FMA here in America, a man willing to accept the challenge of a duel so that he could share his 'art' with all people. I too miss Angel for who he was as a person. I also appreciate the walk down history that points out how far we all have come. Mahalo & Aloha, GM Tasi

Greetings My Elder Brother Ron,
It's always a great honor to read & to hear your words of kindness, & your very much valued words of combat experiences, knowledge & wisdom. I recognized in you long years ago the intrinsic value of your martial arts character & your exceptional talents. Many are very good at doing the art of 'CSE'...but few are as capable as you are in articulating upon the infrastructure of 'Cabales Serrada Escrima'; and also to physically demonstrate the art as you are able to. I for one am very much looking forward to your possible upcoming book on Serrada Escrima, & on your other personal experiences in the field of martial arts. As for my fearsome look; I did pout a lot when I was a kid; I guess it's just a carry-over! Now when I look that way, you can be sure that I am only acting for the camera. Your grand daughter is very observant & very sharp like her grandfather. Please give my very best regards to all of your family members, friends & students. 'Take Great Care'

Regal Regards!
GM "D"/WSEF

Try bloodsport.com (Kombat Instruments Ltd.-KIL) for FMA equipment. Always been top quality for me.
