FMA FIGHTERS logo meaning: Our Philippine Sun: The eight rays of the sun represent the first 8 provinces that sought to gain independence from Spain.
The carabao (water buffalo): represents the one of the strongest and hard working beasts of the Phililppines.

My guys train with blood, sweat, and tears!!!

Rattans / Eskrima sticks: weapons we start off with and progress to blade/edge weapon and then empty hand. Notice weapons first and then empty hand!!

Bolo or machete is just one of our bladed/edge weapon. I prefer the bolo! It's what I grew up with.

The rattan and bolo are crossed together to represent our school and style: Kuntaw Kali Kruzada (Kuntawkali.com).

Kruzada also indicates the crossing of the different FMA styles that our founder, Maestro Rico Acosta and Datu Rich Acosta (chief instructor) learned through their journey in the Filipino martial arts (Arnis, Eskrima, Kali).
