If you are going to compete in the WEKAF Nationals on March 19, 20 & 21, 2010, you will need to spar. Here my thoughts and recommendations. You need to practice and spar with others, here some opportunities:
There are two tournaments coming up and one Workshop coming up.
On Feb. 6th, 2010 the West Coast Eruption is holding a Karate & FMA Tournament at Jose Pacheco’s Dojang in Los Angeles, Ca. They will use USFMAF rules. Contact Kidd D. Jason. The cost is only $25.00
On Feb. 6th, 2010 GM Max Pallen is host a workshop with minimal gear sparring in the Bay area. Contact Terry Joven or GM Max Pallen for more info. Cost is unknown if any.
On Feb.20 & 21, 2010 USFMAF and Angels Disciples are hosting the Legacy tournament with seminars in Stockton, CA. The cost is 25.00 tournament and 80.00 for tournament and seminars. Contact GM Darren Tibon.
