Why Martial Arts is more than just Punching and Kicking.
To many, martial arts may be seen as non conducive to the positive development of a child or an adult. By some, its practice can be viewed as barbaric and counterproductive to a civilized society. As you can probably guess, I disagree.

Hi, this is David Beck. I'm a full time performance engineer for Sabre Holdings and a part-time martial artist. I grew up in Ohio and Iowa. The other day I had to go to a rough neighborhood for an appointment at the state one stop/EDD office.
