I would love for you to come out and visit. We train Tuesday nights 7:30-8:30. It would be a good opportunity for those of you who are curious about GM Soriano's system to come out and see and partake in training. I hope to see you there.

Beginning the FMA way of life

Yesterday, was my next move into my goal to immerse myself into FMA, with a new lesson in Escrima. Even as a beginner in this field, I am aware of the advantages of acquiring this ancient wisdom and skill and to begin the transformation of deeper peace within self with confidence that this warriors art is becoming my new way of life. I left the class with 1 more notch of wisdom and the Adrenalin that comes with the physical skills. I have not felt this way for such a ling time! Thank you FMA.
