Your Motto/Favorite Quote:
"Absorb what is useful, reject what is not, and add what is specifically your own."

Martial Art Forms you study:
-Late start at 13 years old- Diliman Shotokan Karate-do Phil. (1977-1979) Sensei Rene "Kunday" Perez
-Kyokushin Karate Guam, USA (1983-1985) Sensei Robert Isyuhiro
-Filipino Fighting Arts Phil. (1991-1995) GM Godofredo "Godo" Fajardo
-Traveling from Guam to Hawaii (trained a short while with relatives in "power karate" Kajukembo)
-From Guam to Los Angeles right in downtown Chinatown, I laid low quite a bit, jog around the park and tried a little Tai-chi with the old folks (kinda like in Luneta, Rizal Park PI in the morning... haaayyy, those where the days) eat a lot of shumai and roast duck. Practice Modern Arnis with my son and my "chopstick" technique on all the Chinese food I can put in my mouth (yumyum).
-From Los Angeles to Newport News, Virginia, trained with Filipino Navy friends from Guam, freestyle fighting, modern arnis and wrestlings (dumog).
-Virginia to Las Vegas present time, started FFALV with the permission of my GM Godo and guidance of Master Jay de Leon. Aside from FFALV, I am learning, training and teaching with Sensei Ronald Tolentino, City of Las Vegas Nevada - Shotokan Karate-do Club along with other instructors Sensei Joey Abas, Sensei Maynard Bagang a Las Vegas Metro Police Officer by profession.

I am a member of the Arnis Philippines (ARPI), Filipino Fighting Arts International (FFAI) and student/practitioner of Pilipino Martial Arts Modern Arnis, dumog and Shotokan Karate under the guidance and instruction of Sensei/Grandmaster Godofredo Fajardo and Master Jay de Leon Commissioner of North America (United States, Canada and Mexico) by the International Modern Arnis Federation of the Philippines (IMAFP) and the Sports Commission of the Philippines. Master Jay is currently base in California...

Students and alumni of my "Alma Matter" TCQC...

Chamorros and chamorritas. My friends from Micronesia and Virginia Beach!

Independent Kali, Arnis, Eskrima, Dumog practitioners, students, guro's etc. Individual or group who wanted to share ideas, concept, techniques on FMA. Someone who needed a training partner but most of all a good, reliable, honest and trustworthy friend...

Hobbies, Interests & Special Skills:
Arnis, martial arts, singing, dancing, swimming, long drive/road trip...

I love to teach and to continue learning, to share the beauty of our culture and history through FMA. All of my class is volunteer work or labor of love.

Brief description about you:
"A Jun of all Trades" Old School AKRHO! Easy to get along with, works well with others, master motivator, moral builder and "safety first conscious" (prevention rather than confrontation). I consider myself as an innovator or a phase setter. I am married with five children, spends my free time in front of my computer surfing the Internet, reading and playing games with my kids when a chance to visit is given. I enjoy traveling, tried singing, loves dancing.
