Thanks for the reply. I thought it would be nice to have a woman's perspective on what we teach. We teach guys so often and I rarely come across a lady who would practice. I guess I wanted to know how an instructor could be an effective teacher with a class predominately occupied by men, make the women feel like they are part of the class. Not just window dressing but truly respected for their efforts. I have many ideas since I am in social services, but we teach weaponry as part of the basic curriculum.
I am always looking to new input to grow from. Thanks again. Take care.
