Balintawak Cuentada Seattle

Balintawak is considered a close quarter style, the Cuentada system prepares the practitioner for the varying ranges of combat - employing full-power, body torquing swings for medium to longer range engagement. The stick is the primary training tool but the theory is that the stick is only an extension of the arm. yes they were a great group of guys...please give them my regards and the offer is still open for them to visit Stockton or if they would like us to put on a seminar in Seattle we are always open for that! Also i had a chance to work out with Guro Jon in manilla i think it was 2001 at their club at UO Dillman, that was another great group of guys!
