we are planning on holding a memorial for GM Javier Oct 2 here in stockton. It will be a free event at one of the hotels here. The food & drinks will be provided by the Javier/Landers family. I posted the event already on myfma.net. I included UFMAC as one of the sponsors i hope i did not overstep my boundaries. But i would like to have the support of the UFMAC in this event with attendance and small demonstrations.from the other GM's , Masters & schools.
Sorry the date is approching rapdly and i wanted to hit the ground running.i hope that i am not offending you or the council, but it could not wait for the meeting.

the date of the funeral got moved to this friday, in arroyo grand ca. Bahala na will not be attending. If you would like to attend i will get you the info.

Looks like Dexter & i will not be able to attend the meeting saturday! We have an imprompto seminar to teach in Monterey that just came up.I was really looking forward to attending this meeting. Please keep us imformed of the Saltikan rules. we are still very interested in this style of fighting and to keep it as combative with 90% of the targets open, as well as the checking hand being more involved!
