This line of communications should be delt with outside of this forum.  It is inappropriate and outsteps the bounds that Pamana Tuhon Chris Sayoc approves of.  I am sure he has adequate and competent attorneys who will address this issue in a timely manner. And  I respect your tenacity in trying to defend your mentor, teacher and friend.  But I am sure he doesn't approve of this line of representation of SAYOC KALI-SILAK GLOBAL, LLC.

And as I stated earlier

It is very possible that this is an issue involving international use of corporate trademarks and this disagreement should probably be taken offline now, discussed or litigated between the U.S. Sayoc interests and the Philippines Sayoc interests, and then at a later date, after a litigated outcome has been established lawyers should contact Mr. Malmo with regard to the outcome.  We would prefer that you not drag the debate on throughout the MyFMA.net systems because the final outcome may be something completely unexpected such as the two parties coming together to teach Sayoc under Tuhon Christoper Sayoc in the U.S.A.  Note that under international trademarks, which you can study at Wikipedia, there can be hundreds of Sayoc schools unaffiliated with that taught by Tuhon Chris Sayoc in the U.S.A., one per country unless the Sayoc trademark in the United States is registered in each country across the globe.  Since some effort was made to establish a link between schools by the Sayoc Affiliate in the Philippines, this does not seem to be the case, but I just wanted to point out the fact that lawyers need to litigate the case because the outcome may not be as you assume, and the two parties may end up working together.  Comments should be directed to the head of their parties and NOT on MyFMA.net.
