our School Rister martial arts is In Irving Texas. We train in Kali six days per week monday thru thursday at 7 pm and saturday at !0 am. We practice the full range of the system.

there will be about 12 stations this year and u run then back to back so by the time u are done running the guantlet u are spent.
th cost will be about $45.00 it will include a Lechon bbq afterwards!
