Visayan Legacy Association Presents WARRIORS CUP 2011 A TEAM ONLY TOURNAMENT at Bancroft Middle School

July 30, 2011 from 9am to 5pm
VISAYAN LEGACY'S WARRIORS CUP is the first ever FMA Team ONLY competition.  Instead of fighting Three (1) minute rounds, it will be 3 member team each fighting one minute.  With that the fight rarely drags due to lack of energy.  So for those who might not be in shape to compete a full 3 minute match, I would suggest you try TEAM competition where all you have to last is one (1) minute round.  A few more highlights:-$150 for 1st Place winners-Each team is GUARANTEED at least 3 matches-Men,…See More

A martial artist is ultimately a seeker of truth, beginning with explorations and experimentations on technique -- what works, what doesn't what is proper, what isn't -- and progressing through debates about application -- what techniques are effective in which situation -- then…See More

We make our padded sticks.
we use 3/4-1 inch rattan put a pool tube around secure it to the stick with duct tape. we make our own stick covers made from a non-rip material slip over and secure that to the stick.
it make s apretty heavy training tool. You can block with it and execute many bolo tyle movements.
if your ever hit with one u will difinatly be stunned. i have seen knock outs with them.
