I use the coldsteel poly sticks only to practice my twirling. They're Heavy as & have inertia once I get going. Really helped my hands develope muscle memory. However my usual sticks are temagong.

I think they're both good. The polypropylene (cold steel) ones last a lot longer, but they're definitely heavier. I'd really recommend everyone try a pair of them.

Machete fight scene
