Thank you for your comments on the video and you are most welcome, You are right in what you are saying, I like to train on the what I call my Kali man to get a feel for the combative style and to feel the bounce from the sticks. I am a beginner in Kali and now only have one privet lesion a month due to reason I will not go into, I am next week taking my first grading. If you have any suggestions for me at will help me train on my own I would be most great full for them.
