Quote paraphrased from the late great Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and trainer, Carlson Gracie. I'm glad you worked with Darrel Sarjeant,,,,he is a top notch player. I did a seminar with him last year in Dallas..he is a really good guy and my guys enjoyed working with him as well. How are you my friend? I hope all is well. We have been busy at the club, I have been showing empty hands defense against knife-street mugging style, I have had my students in helmets and gloves trying this with intent. makes for some really intence training. Keep up the good post on Grappling for the street.
