Good news folks. SEAMOK Pensacola just had its first class this past Saturday. CD and his brother Guns make the trek from AL and we got down at Pensacola Beach. It was a good session to say the least.

These two are MMA fighters and are already seeing openings and using what they know while still using the SEAMOK footwork and idealogy of "Simplicity with Intent".

I'm looking forward to training again with them soon. Good job fellas.

Hey Mike, You can always "bus" them in to your event ! Might be better than a kettlebell workout.

Come 2011 I'll be hitting the local scene to get a student base. People I have spoke with had no plans to start during the holiday season anyway.
