Hello,
I am not an expert on Inayan Escrima nor I have I met Mr. Hart but it would be an honor.
This document here: http://www.vikingcamp.eu/Instructors/Emanuel-Hart.aspx states that:
1995- First European tour assisting Mangisursuro in bringing Inayan Eskrima to England, France, and Germany. While in Germany Suro Hart filmed the first 4 video productions for Inayan Sinawali, Inayan Serrada, & Inayan Kadena de Mano with Mangisursuro Inay.
1996- Promoted to Senior Instructor - Masirib Guro
1997- Second European tour assisting the founder to teach Inayan Eskrima in England, France, Germany, Norway, and in Sweden. While in Germany Suro Hart filmed the last Kadena de Mano video productions with the founder of Inayan Eskrima.

If you do some research at Amazon.com and search for "Escrima - Inayan" you will see that 10 objects are returned. If you are interested in these videos I would buy them now. According to the information at Amazon.com "This item has been discontinued by the manufacturer." but some new videos remain available.
