With these methods, I have cured many with tendonitis. Its funny medical doctors do not use these same methods. Better health through chemistry is not the answer.

Luis, for your tendonitis...try ice and yes, any anti inflamitory helps. Look up anti inflamitory foods along with what to avoid. I live by eating anti inflamitory foods actually. Also, there is a sock you can put over it with a velcro belt that has a gel pack on the belt. That will isolate the injured area. You wear that and you will even be able to train. Its the micro tears that are hurting you. You will prevent the tears with the info I gave you here. Thats important or you will make it worse. Rest will only depress you if you are true to keeping physically going all the time.

I am looking forwarsd to seeing more in this area. I have been doing accupressure and shiatsu for many years. I have been slowly learning Hilot over the past few years. My girl does all types of healing. I find it relaxing and interesting. It definately adds balance to the killing arts. ;)

Does anyone know what to do for bicipital tendonitis?.. My doctor told me to lay off
for 6 to 8 weeks and ibprofrin. I dont know if i can sit still for that long.
Any suggestions?
