Depends on the type of blade your looking for - but check out Keen Edge. Steve offers some great trainers.
There are also a few members on this site that make trainers. I don't have any experience with their blades, but they look like good products. Hopefully, they'll post their links here.
I really like COld Steel. While you pay a premium price for the materials, they last a lifetime and are worth every penny. Another good spot is http://langsontraders.com/. I used to frequent this store, and the folks there carry very nice equipment at a low price. Since it's in Texas, tax is cheaper as well.
Of course, gotta recommend the Inosanto.com store as well. Can't pass that up!

Through my website we sell a number of training blades. We have the regular designs common to FMA and also unique designs from local Pandays and my Master, GM Yuli Romo. Check out the photos and the store.
Practice knives are produced in many places. In the Philippines, Barrio Balisong in Taal Town, Batangas is not only known for its Balisong "fan" knives it is also source of expertly hand-crafted training knives of various designs, materials like aluminum steel and hardwood. GM Rodel Dagooc is a leading maker. You may search his name in google. I have a few in my luggage at the moment which i will use for my Classical Arnis Camp in New Forest along Hants, UK on July 17-19. You may log on to www.masterangelo.co.uk
