Filipino Martial Arts Styles
What is your favorite blade?
Just for fun I wanted to see what everyone's favorite blade designs are. Maybe tell why and add a photo if you can. Right now I am digging on the Benchmade Marc Lee Glory Knife. The main things I like are the recurve blade and I love the canted handle. I also think it looks cool. lol In my mind's eye it is very FMAesque. No. That is not a real word, but it works well don't it? lol I made a few training knives using this as a stencile and I really like the feel in the hand. Your turn!

This is my favourite blade, I had it made for me a few years ago. It's really heavy as the blade is so thick so it's best suited to chopping. It's made of excellent quality tool steel I can't remember what grade, but years down the line it's keeps an awesome edge with barely any tarnishing.

This is my favourite daily carry, I made it myself. I shaped it to fit my hand perfectly.

Is that the Benchmade Marc Lee Glory knife in the photo? If so, I really like it, but I prefer knives with a hilt. Real cutting weapons have a tendency of being slippery when they get blood on them, so a full hilt is a real necessity. Otherwise, it is a nice knife.
Just don't allow your hand to slip on a thrust or cut, or you will cut your fingers off.

This one. I bought it at Lowe's, next to the rest of the tools. I buy and carry cheap knives like this to work with, so I don't mess up my good ones lol A good dull knife hurts worse than a sharp one anyway :P

Not sure this my favorite but its what I carry everyday and use at work its a Spyderco I received as a gift. Just love Yur speed and feel of it. Very useful.
