Filipino Martial Arts Styles

GM Federico "Fred" Lazo

Please keep GM Lazo in your thoughts and prayers. He has been battling cancer for some time. Last Sunday, he suffered a stroke and has been unresponsive for a couple of days. Today his oxygen level dropped low and he was transferred to the Special Care unit at Moffitt.

GM Lazo and his family can use all of the FMA community's support through this difficult time.

HELLO,

I just receive a an e-mail from my former student Grace Santos, saying GM Frederico Lazo just passed Away. My heartfelt Condolence to Ricky and his sisters, and the entire Lazo family. From the Garimot Arnis Training.

We share good times and share differences, but in all, we respect each other more than just fellow Eskirmador. We respect each other like a Gentleman.
