Mike's explanation of the assited strike is correct.
i commited that we also do rifle/bayonet type techniques with 2 hands too, but it falls under our largomano defenses category, sorry for the mis-information.

You can also check on the arts of Dekiti Tirsia Serradas using sword; and SEAMOK Tactical Solutions which teaches a two handed Walking Stick, and is taught by Amo Guro Michael Blackgrave.  Both arts have two handed strikes.

Yes, go to KATA Tapado at Youtube.com and my face book Emilion PD L. We used two handed in our fighting style.the measurement of your stick is from your sternum to the ground. I have photos too. Its a Filipino Martial Art from the mountain of the Philippines. I am teaching here in Sacramento California. 916-718-73-639
