First of all, I would like to thank some of the members for the warm welcome.

I'm not ashamed to say that I am a newbie in Martial Arts.  I just started last May learning FMA but the passion and dedication is building within to learn more about the discipline and the Art itself.

So please, if you have good advices to share, I am welcoming them.

Practice everyday. I train for an hour in the morning, physical fitness, and an hour in the evening, technique. Train and learn from anybody and everybody. Always practice the basics. No matter how long you have been training there will always be room for growth. Good luck.

Train hard , have fun with it workout and train outside your regular classes
