The VEA Martial Arts Academy would like to formally invite you to a three hour Self Defense Workshop. The course will consist of 1-hour classroom instruction and 2-hours of practical hands on techniques. Course SD-100 is our introductory self defense course developed for first time self defense participants, it has been developed to build a student’s awareness and introduce them to the act of reacting with a physical response to a dangerous and or life threatening situation. Workshop is open to both men and women.

$20 per person

Note: Sensitive issues will be discussed, therefore this seminar is geared towards adults or mature teens accompanied by an adult or guardian.
