Ablon: Traditional Filipino Manual Therapy Workshop.
This two-day workshop will cover the following: indigenous science and concepts; hands-on practice of joint mobilization movement; introduction to the use of oil; self-stretches and their Ablon application; special exercises from the Filipino martial arts.
