This seminar will feature the Garimot System of Eskrima and Buno System of Filipino Empty Hand Grappling. Topics covered will include Moro Moro Batalyas 1-10 Single Stick and Double Stick versions, Buno Grappling Stand Up/Ground, & Buno Animal Forms/Applications.
Come and learn the unique Moro-Moro system from Laguna, experience Buno, the Filipino Grappling System, and see first hand the unique system of Garimot Eskrima/Arnis from Laguna.
