Ms Sonia and I will be teaching the DEW class at S2 Nov 15th. The Defensive Edged Weapons course provides essential skills for surviving a bladed weapon encounter. This intense one-day program examines the hidden knife culture in the U.S. and presents simple gross motor skill sets that one can learn immediately yet highly effective techniques for defense during an assault. In addition to conventional knife applications, this course introduces Bram Frank's CRMIPT (Close Range Medium ImPact Tool) and the live blade version of the CRIMPT, the Gunting. Many have called the CRMIPT the "Most Innovative Weapon of the Millennium".
