Event Description
Defensor Method seminar on the basics of Serrada Training. Learn single stick and empty counters to various angles of attack. Learn Lock n' Block, flow sparring, and many more exciting moves. This is a four hour seminar located in the North Side of Chicago near the lakefront.

Hello All,
Come and join us in this exciting workout. Lots of good material to be covered utilitizing single stick counters, two person drills, solo drllls, lots of interaction, and plain good fun.
